Infinity Nurse Call System

ZKR Infinity series provides a state of the art voice communication platform for your Nurse Call and Emergency Code needs. The system is designed to enable a higher level of communication between patients and nurses, and its detailed event logging allows for easy and thorough service quality evaluation. It empowers patients to control their environment including TV, air conditioning, window blinds and lights, while giving them the ease of mind knowing that their nurses are a button’s press away. Function buttons on the handset allow patients to control two different lights in the room, manage TV channels and volume. It also has two function buttons integrated  according to your needs. As an example, you can assign room air conditioner control or electronic curtain control to these buttons. The wall plug connects to the Duty Station with an RJ45 port on the back side, and to its Patient Handset with a safety magnetic port on the front side.

Comfort Nurse Call System

The ZKR Comfort series provide a structure for voice communication platforms within the ZKR product family. The system is designed to provide high level of communication between patients and nurses. It is also possible to integrate functions such as a room lightning, TV control, window blinds, and temperature from the handset as well as voice communication through Comfort series products between patient and nurse, or even external phone calls. Voice recordings of conversations between patient and staff or staff and other staff may be stored in the system for review by the hospital to improve quality of service. External phone calls can be tracked and billed to patients.

Air Basic Nurse Call System

ZKR Versatile System is an IP based product family. It consists of touchscreen Room Control Units with built in Mifare card reader, bedside call units, patient handsets, pull-cord call units and over door lights to go above patient room doors. The calls made from the rooms can be seen on Nurse Control Panels as well as pagers, DECT phones, or Android-based mobile phones with the appropriate integrations. With the system being IP-based, management software can control the operation and stability of the equipment connected to it from start to finish. In the case of malfunction, a technical staff defined in the system can get notified immediately. The Versatile family is not just a nurse call system; it is a communication platform that gives you added value. It is a structure that can grow and develop with you in line with your needs. Integration of the system with the Hospital Information System (HIS) in the hospital is very easy. This integration is very effective in reporting to hospital management and upgrading service quality. Thanks to this integration, the critical information of the calling patient can also be sent to the relevant staff at the relevant times.

Versatile Nurse Call System

The ZKR AIR Basic wireless nurse call system features a plug-and-play structure and fast and reliable 433 Mhz encrypted communication protocol. The calls made from the Patient's Handset or pull-cord unit are delivered directly to the nurse panel. If the distance between the call buttons and the nurse panel is too large, the coverage area may be extended with signal repeater units. The call events may be logged and reported based on request. Pager integration on the system is possible.
